Strawberry Pretzel Salad
INGREDIENTS
CRUST
2 cups crushed pretzels π₯¨ 
ΒΎ cup melted butter π§ 
4 tbsp sugar
MIDDLE
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 cups Cool Whip
TOPPING
6 oz package strawberry jello  
2 cups boiling water
20 oz frozen strawberries, thawed π
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400ΒΊ 
- Mix crust ingredients and press into bottom of 9x13β pan 
- Bake for 8 min, then set aside to cool 
- Mix cream cheese and sugar; fold in cool whip 
- Spread on cooled crust 
- Mix jello packet with water and stir until dissolved. Stir in strawberries and chill until syrupy. 
- Pour over cream-cheese-in-crust and chill until set
