Pumpkin Bread
Original recipe from Gran (below), modified by Kelly
INGREDIENTS
3 c. sugar
3½ c. flour
½ tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1½ tsp cinnamon
1½ tsp ground clove
1½ tsp nutmeg
1 cup canola oil
1 cup water
4 eggs 🥚 
1 can of pumpkin 🎃 
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350º; grease and flour pans 
- Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. 
- Add oil and water. Mix in eggs, one at a time. Add pumpkin. 
- Pour into greased and floured loaf tins (2 large tins). 
- Bake for 1 hour. Do the knife test at 50 minutes. 
 *If you do mini loaf tin (4 mini loafs), cook for 35 minutes and do the knife test.
