Peanut Butter Cookies
INGREDIENTS
½ cup butter 🧈 
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup white sugar
½ cup dark brown sugar
1 egg, well beaten 🥚 
1¼ cup flour
¾ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375º 
- Cream butter and peanut butter together, then gradually cream in sugars 
- Add beaten egg and stir 
- Combine dry ingredients then gradually stir into wet mixture 
- Chill dough for 1 hr or until firm 
- Roll into 1” balls and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper 
- Use flour-dipped fork to flatten balls and create criss-cross 
- Bake 5–7 minutes
