Sesame Slaw
INGREDIENTS
2 cups cucumbers (peeled, deseeded), julienned 🥒 
1 large carrot, julienned 🥕
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
½ tsp chili flakes
DIRECTIONS
- Whisk wet ingredients and sugar together in large bowl till sugar is dissolved 
- Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine 
- Put in airtight container and refrigerate
