Asian Corn Ribs
INGREDIENTS
4 ears corn
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
black pepper, to taste
vegetable or olive oil
⅓ cup light brown sugar
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 lime, juiced
2 tbsp water
DIRECTIONS
- Cut corn in half, then split each half into quarters (long ways) 
- Sprinkle with salt and spices, then drizzle with vegetable or olive oil 
- Combine brown sugar and remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil, then reduce to simmer 
- Air fry corn at 390, tossing every few minutes 
- Baste corn with thickened sauce and continue air frying. 
- Baste a second time. 
- Remove corn when edges are dark and serve.
