Chocolate Marble Cheesecake
CRUST
1 cup graham cracker or Oreo crumbs
2 tbsp sugar
ΒΌ cup butter, melted π§ 
FILLING
12 oz cream cheese, softened
ΒΎ cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp zested orange (or lemon) ππ
1 tsp vanilla
1β3 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled π« 
TOPPING
1 cup sour cream
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350ΒΊ 
- In small bowl, combine graham cracker and sguar, then mix in butter with fork 
- Press crumb crust into the bottom and sides of a 9β pie plate (can use back of spoon). Refrigerate to harden. 
- In bowl, combine all filling ingredients EXCEPT chocolate. Beat with mixer on medium speed until smooth. 
- Remove 1 cup of filling. Add chocolate and mix until well blended. 
- Pour half of plain filling into pie shell and spread evenly 
- Drizzle half of chocolate filling over the plain 
- Add remaining plain filling and drizzle with remaining chocolate 
- Bake 35 min 
- While pie is baking, make topping: In small bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, and vanilla 
- Spread topping over pie and bake for additional 10 min 
- Let cool then refrigerate several hours before serving
